The Mission of the Settlers Point Homeowners Association is to provide the most enjoyable, liveable and efficient environment possible within the confines of our community. It is the intent of the board of directors to give of their personal time to maintain the appearance and liveability of the common property and create a sense of community integrity, awareness and commardarie. It is the responsibility of the board of directors to provide consistent execution of the covenants in effect for the Settlers Point Subdivision.
